Hiramoto Group, Institute for Molecular Science, Japan

Home

We are doing research on organic solar cells and optoelectronic properties of organic materials. The organic solar cells are one of the candidates to achieve future cheap energy generation. The colorful devices shown in the right figure are examples of organic solar cells we are fabricating. Our interests are focused on the fundamentals, architectures, and device performances of organic semiconductor devices, such as ultra-high purification, doping, and nano-structure design of organic solar cells.
