Activities
We are mainly studying organic solar cells fabricated by vacuum deposition and solution process. We are also focusing on doping of organic semiconductors, and evaluated Fermi levels, resistances, mobility and carrier concentrations. On the basis of the results, we aim to create high-performance organic solar cells.
We actively participate in domestic and international conferences.
International conferences
Materials Research Society (MRS)
International Conference on Molecular Electronics and Bio Electronics (M&BE)
The International Conference on Science and Technology of Synthetic Metals (ICSM)
Etc.
Domestic conference
The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) Meeting
